This document provides configuration instructions for using NetFinder on a Macintosh with OS X to upload your Web pages to the AT&T Worldnet PWP servers.
Note: Access to the AT&T Worldnet PWP servers from another ISP is now available. Read the information in our PWP FAQ for additional information. The latest version of this application supports the SSL needed to access the PWP servers from another ISP.
Note: You will need to find your AT&T Worldnet Service account information.
- First, you need to download NetFinder 2.3 and OpenSSLLib (v0.9.5x), and place OpenSSLLib in the NetFinder folder on your Macintosh.
- From the File menu, choose New Connection.
- Complete the following information as shown below:
- Server: upload.att.net
- Username: your e-mail ID
(the part to the left of the @ in your e-mail address) - Password: your e-mail password
- Click the Connect button.
- Your directory on the AT&T Worldnet PWP server will appear.
- From the Tools menu, choose Upload.
- From the left pane, select the folder where the items you wish to upload are stored. The contents of that folder will appear on the right. Highlight each item you wish to upload, then click the Choose button. The items chosen will now appear in your directory on the AT&T Worldnet PWP server.
If you've followed the instructions exactly and are having problems uploading, try the troubleshooting steps in our PWP FAQ.
